Basically any 737 or Virtual Reality simulator experience. Most of our Gift Cards are labeled with a specific simulator and duration. However, that's just to show what the purchaser intended and, in reality, its a monetary gift card that can be used on any experience. Upgrade, switch simulators, the choice is yours! Just keep in mind that Gift Cards and any unused or unusable credit are non-refundable.

Absolutely not, all our flying simulation experiences can be tailored to suit the level of knowledge and experience you have.

Yes. Simulation experiences are designed to give you as much hands on flying as you can handle.

No, you can start anywhere, without any prior experience. Our certified pilot instructors will work around your skills and knowledge.

Yes you will. Our instructors will tailor the briefing and flight to suit your level of skill. We can cater for the completely inexperienced right through to professional pilots.

Each flight is conducted one on one between you and your instructor. We do cater for groups though - some flight experience stores offer escape room type experiences with in-flight emergency and control tower communications. Talk to your nearest Flight Experience store for more details.

Yes we do! And we have some great activities and offers. Each Flight Experience store has different packages on offer so we recommend getting in touch with your nearest store directly.

Our state-of-the-art Boeing 737 simulator provides a premium flight simulation experience - in fact, it is so good that in Australia, it is approved by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority).

Our Virtual Reality Military Jet simulation experience uses the latest and most advanced VR technology, Oculus Rift, and high end VR machines to run the simulation. We’ve had real jet pilots try them out who were simply blown away!

Yes you can. There is seating for two extra people to join you during your flight in the Boeing 737 cockpit enclosure, and there is no extra charge for this. With the VR experience, there are digital display screens next to each VR seat that show the same view as that’s shown inside the goggles you are wearing - so whatever it is you are seeing, your friends can view on the big screen too. 

This can vary in different regions, so it’s best to check with your local store. As a general rule, we recommend that children aged 8-10 are accompanied by an adult inside the simulator. From our experience, any person aged 10 and above should be able to handle a lesson and simulation experience on their own, if they wish so. The cockpit simulation enclosure has room for 2 spectator seats, which are free of charge.

The Boeing 737 simulator is fully enclosed. If you or the person you’re buying this voucher for has an issue with being in a confined space, please call your local store and visit the simulator prior to purchasing a voucher. The VR experience requires you to wear Oculus VR goggles, while you sit in an ejection seat model, loosely strapped. The seat is positioned in an open area within the Flight Experience store. Both the Boeing 737 and VR seats are fixed base devices.

Yes it does. Our simulators have been certified by various civil aviation authorities around the world and are used by commercial pilots to train and add to their flying hours.

Our simulator is a fixed base device. However the immersion experience combined with the fidelity of visuals, sound and vibration give you an amazing sensory experience.

You can purchase & book online through your local store website, over the phone or in person at a Flight Experience store.

Refund requests made within seven days of purchase will incur an admin cost of 10% of the purchase price. Refunds are not granted after the seven day period. Refunds are only available to the purchaser for valid bookings. Gift Cards & Vouchers are only valid at the Flight Experience store of issue. You can change the day or time of any booking up to 48 hours prior to your booked time. Cancellation or change of your booking within 48 hours of the booked time could incur a re-booking fee. If you do not show up for your booked experience and you have not changed the booking at least 48 hours prior to the experience, your booking may be cancelled without refund. Yes, our online purchasing is processed by Stripe.com a world leading payment provider. We do not collect or have visibility of your payment information.

You will receive a Flight Experience voucher, in the form of an airline boarding pass. This will be mailed to you in the post.

Alternatively, it can be picked up from your local Flight Experience store. We also send you an e-voucher via email as a PDF. The voucher confirms the flight package which has been purchased, but does not include a confirmed date and time for the flight. You can book a date and time when you purchase online or in-store or at any later date before the voucher expires. Please refer to your local Flight Experience store Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can buy & book online and in-store.

Vouchers are processed daily, and can either be mailed to you or picked up from the store. We also email you a PDF.

Yes, you (or your nominated recipient) can upgrade by paying the difference between the value of the voucher and the price of the longer flight – provided this is done when booking a confirmed date and time for the flight.

Yes. If you didn’t purchase the video or photo online, you (or your nominated recipient) can still arrange and buy it on the day of the flight.
